Reservations can be made with a Visa,
MasterCard, American Express or Discover card - or a 50%
down-payment by cash or check.

After a reservation is made, you will
receive a confirmation by e-mail (or US mail) with all
the information for your stay, including directions and
our front door code for self-check-in.

Self-check-in can be any time after 4:00
unless an earlier check-in is arranged with the
innkeeper. When you arrive, you'll find a
registration card with your name on it directing you to
your room and telling you about the amenities available.

Full payment for rooms is required at check out.

Full gourmet breakfast served on
weekends and holidays. Continental plus fresh cut
fruit served on weekdays. Special arrangements can
be made - please call.

Check-out is 11:00am, unless a
later time is arranged with the innkeeper.

Our inn is a non-smoking facility.

No pets are allowed unless special
arrangements can be made - please call.

Cancellation of a reservation is allowed
up to 2 weeks before the reservation date with no charges
applied. Cancellations within two weeks (14
calendar days) of the reservation date will be charged
for any
portion of the reservation that cannot be rebooked.

Early departure requires full
payment of entire reservation, with a refund issued for
any portion of the reservation that can be rebooked.

The Bird House Inn is not responsible
for personal items left in rooms and vehicles in the
parking area that may be lost or stolen. All guest
rooms have key locks on the doors, and guests are
encouraged to secure their items and vehicles.
