Event Pricing Afternoon Luncheons/ Showers For the use of our main floor between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm, the cost is $200, (in addition, there is a $300 damage/ cleaning deposit that will be refunded in full should the inn be left as it was found... to date, we have always been able to return this to our guests), for up to twenty guests, then there is a $4 per person charge for any guests beyond this number, (up to approximately fifty seated, or seventy-five standing). Outdoor events require an additional $100 charge, and you will have the use of both our outdoor and indoor common areas. Should you require chairs, tables, linens or any other special items, (our inn is furnished with traditional living furniture, so we don't have an adequate number of chairs for group seating), we are happy to arrange for their rental on your behalf. We are also happy to point you in the direction of local caterers, photographers, and florists. Evening Events/ Dinners For the use of both indoor and outdoor common areas of the inn for an entire evening, (4:00 pm until 1:00 am, as allowed by city ordinance), the cost is $400 for up to twenty guests, as well as an additional $4 per person for any beyond this number. In addition, there is a $500 damage/ cleaning deposit that will be refunded in full should the inn be left as it was found, (we have always been able to return this entire deposit to our guests, thus far). We do also require that four of our five guest rooms be rented, (costs per room vary according to the time of year, night of the week and whether you will want them for one or two nights, so please refer to our Summer or Winter Pricing Page to determine costs). You/ your guests will, of course, have the use of these rooms for the night, in addition to our full, gourmet breakfast in the morning. We do not have an adequate number of chairs, tables, linens, etc. to accommodate large events, but we are happy to assist you in arranging for any such rentals. We are also happy to refer you to local photographers, caterers, cake specialists, and any other services you may need. As a note, city ordinances allow our guests to have live, unamplified, or home-stereo-amplified music, only. The use of a separate amplifiers is prohibited.
